Why white men love the black woman
Ever wondered why some white guys, love black women so much?
It seems that being a white male and proclaiming your attraction to black women (not only sexually, but also romantically) may lead to a lot of controversial and dangerous things. Let’s leave the debate of why more black women may be opening themselves up to white guys. The main focus of this debate is: why some white guys are opening themselves to black women. Let’s concentrate on that.
Find your soulmate on DateWhoYouWant

Most white males don’t feel like they are running short of white women to marry. White males just marry at high rates. So question is: Why black women? The thing is it will not be fair to bundle up black women as one since everyone is their own person… be it in appearance or personality.
However, one thing that a white male friend of mine said… and I let him get away with bundling it all up is: “We love a black woman's confidence, her tenacity and her undeniable achievements in the face of great adversity...᾿ Since this info was coming from a man, there was definitely the mention of the lips, the curves, and that wonderful skin as well.
So what about stereotypes like “black women are either sexually conservative or total sluts?" Many people give so much lip service to interracial dating sites. You would think they have never done it. But those uptight individuals are the ones that spread these stereotypes. What happened to the highly educated black woman? How about the caring, decent and involved black woman?
Probably most white guys and others are confused with the stereotypical trash people spread around and if you are one that falls for such lame ol’ lines, then you sure as hell haven’t dated a black woman.
Bottom line, you don't have to sacrifice who you are for a white guy. They will love you anyway. Just be you and open yourself up… and if you like white guys, some white guy will find you too.

bigeyes31 says:Posted: 28 Oct 09@SimplySpicey Wow, I'm glad you shared your law school ambitions. I am also considering law. I have been circling around the LSAT,researching registering requirements and what not, lol. I haven't quite landed on it yet, lol, but I'm preparing.I don't readily share my plans about law school because of my age. I have always felt as if law was my calling but wasn't sure I had what it took to make it, but you inspire me. If you don't mind, please share any information you come across, no matter how small. Please post anything you might think helpful such as studying tips and advice. Mr. L. Queens Thanks for sharing that information,it was quite insightful, truly. I'm considering taking a LSAT prep course offered by the university from which I earned my B.S. in business administration. My "real world" degree is an associates in respiratory therapy(we place people on ventilators when they stop breathing on their own,lol don't worry no one knows what we do either)but I don't know if that schedule will work with law school. Resp. therapist usually work twelve-hour shifts but have 3-4 days off, not set days though. Mr. Queens, Simply Spicey, do you think it would work? LOL. You are right about the logic courses;the LSAT is all about logic, lol. Mr. L Queens I usually enjoy your posts but this one was a pearl. I knew you were good for more than either making us mad or making us laug(I'm usually laughing,LOL) Take care guys and ghouls(that's for Halloween)

Okay I'll try a little, please I know I'm no match for some of you. I said I'll try, not really, this short poem was written by a Crow (native American) I served with in Viet Nam. Soldiers Last Journey Sleep my soldier at last May the Great Spirit, guide your path Rest Soldier, Your journey has come to past When ever we had a death in our platoon, we would repeat these words as the bodies were flown away. I know it is simple, and not in the correct prose, ect. This soldier put this togeather from his heart, it means a great deal to me. Thank you for letting be share this Love all of you Scoff

Azrazyel says:Posted: 28 Oct 09Hey all. Sick today so I decided to post three of my poetic compilings. I have yet to gather more which I will do after a while. P.S. Black Queen: No white man is sobbing or even slobbering over you. Just so ya know. Anyway: 'My Deepest Sorrow' (based on inner struggles) Lost in hate I try to see, What has brought my integrity, All my hope I try to flee, What holds me down inside of me. I walk this path what seems to be, A hopeless thought I'm not so free, Give me hope and another chance, Wake me up from this horrible trance. Beneath the ground is where I stand, Praying for a healing hand, All this anger I know I can, My solid foundation has turned to sand. On my knees I pray for hope, This wealthy life has gone for broke, My time in hell I've lost my mind, These missing pieces will come in time. 'My deepest sorrow' am I to blame, Am I the one who deserves the pain, I scream out loud but no one hears, This distant sound as I fall to tears. The paths I choose feel the same, These days pass by as it continues to rain, 'My deepest sorrow' still remains. I cry for help then look up high, To look back down with a sigh, I almost feel I'm out of time, I feel the darkness I hold inside. I feel the tremble I feel so wet, All my body is covered in sweat, These distant years will fade away, Trapped in this prison with nothing to say. All this solitude I'm now awake, I've been forgiven but still feel hate, Caught in this land of misery, I look around with nowhere to flee. No way out is all I see, No answer here to set me free, I breathe the air of eternity, A different ending is what I seek. ............... An evil thought is on my mind, A crooked trail I leave behind, The things I do are all a crime, I piece of mind I have yet to find. Make amends to do the same, Right from wrong I'm put to shame, A better year I have yet to make, It's over now please give me space. I feel the anguish I feel the heat, That burns inside I feel discreet, From my head to my feet, From the heart where I bleed. Done so wrong I lay at night, My body's worn and can no longer fight, I lie within with all my might, A prayer of hope.....this pain....I cry 'To a Breathless Cause' (impurity of myself including character flaws) My sins now weep to a ghostly breath, This pain and sorrow inflicts my death. This world turned to misery and hate, All my fears I cannot escape. Afraid to find the answers I seek, Tired, worn, numb and weak. Tears that form mirror the pain inside, Suffocating into silent cries. Anger forms then turns to sin, Searing thoughts unleashed within. Darkness falls and then descends, Upon my soul, without end. Screams of fears I cannot break, Trapped inside, I see my fate. Shadows of darkness that whispers lies, Gleam of solitude unfound, despised. An epic end and without time, From clemency, I've been denied. Robusting shadows in my dreams, Forms then fades between the screams. A life once felt now without means, Beaten down, I scar and bleed. A solid state crumbles away, Darkness drives the light in vain. A cloud of dust from my remains, A final gasp then breath escapes. The deepest darkest realm on Earth, Inflicts the pain of unending hurt. A selfish mind that I put first, Letting free the lessons learned. Shameful greed I've shunned my way, Withdrawn, I whisk in flames. From these hands I've seen disgrace, I look to blame but view displace. Sending forth with words of hate, Deception written across my face. I fall into the eyes of defeat, The enemy yells and boastfully speaks. Crushed down I feel so weak, Ending sorrow but find deceit. Anger feeds this fire within, Brushing flames to burn my sin. Tearing the lies all light is dim, Evil despised the path to him. With no avail I feel at loss, This nightmare holds 'To a Breathless Cause'. 'Whispers in the Forest' (nature based) Darkness drives the wind of night, An endless forest with endless sight, Trees sway at the constant beat, Of the trembling at the ground beneath. Silence pierces all that's still, With fear in those who seek the light, Howls and cries of the lonesome ones, Remains in place, Remains undone. Fear is few and far in between, The silent ones who remain unseen, The moon eclipses through the dark, To the abyss it has been charred. The forest stirs with mighty wind, Unrest is found from deep within, A final cry cracks the night, The light of dawn is now in sight. The restless ones now lay in peace, The stir of whispers have fled their dreams. Be back with more later on.

fire321 says:Posted: 28 Oct 09@tricci Whether or not you were having a "discussion" with another blogger or not, I made a comment concerning one specific thing the other blogger said and nothing you said. My comment was not about or directed at you or anyone else for that matter. Therefore, my discussion was with him and I never "inserted" myself in the "discussion" between you and that individual. As you can see, your A and B conversation continued and my comment didn't have anything to do with it. Then again, you probably don't see that. Also, there's no need to choose sides because I can see valid points from each side of the discussion. My comment actually (if you need to know), has a lot to do with my own personal growth and how I had to look inward to see how my choices played a role in my life but you're too busy playing the "my dick is bigger than your dick" game with anyone that disagrees with your point of view. I am not one that needs to "choose sides" because I can see validity from each side of the conversation. I stand alone and like you, I stand by my statements.

Dear Simply You said this "Mr Queens I have a question for you, What do you like about having your degree in Criminology? I am pursuing dual degrees one in Criminal Justice and Spanish and I am considering law school. I think it would be nice to get insight from someone who is in the field." Well my ex went to Cooley Law School, which was a third tier Law School. Obviously, if I met her earlier I would have discouraged her from going to ANY third tier Law school. Anyway,, my advice to you is get used to logic, logic, logic. I took the LSAT and the logic questions is the keys to success. So get a LSAT review book and take some LSAT practice classes a year before hand. Usually you should work in the real world for a year or two before going to Law school instead of just doing it out of undergrad. Lastly, if you make it into a top tier Law School, which you should "shoot for". Prepare for long days and nights of studying. The first year is when you drop out. I think half of all law students fail out the first year. It could be for different reasons. My degree in Criminology is just an extended version of Criminal Justice with the exception of statistics and many sociology classes. I went to SUNY College at Old Westbury in New York. Basically that school specializes in teaching and business. I took criminology to graduate faster. If I had to do it over again, I would have done a challenging degree like Computer Engineering. For Law school, math and English should be your focus. Some people think their grammar and English is good. It is really not lol. I actually went back to school to improve on my soft skills. I received an A.S in Medical Billing. That was mostly English, learning to type faster and software programs. I do not type 70 words per minute like Unique. I type 55 words per minute. Lastly, do not go to a low tier Law school simply because they "accepted you". Your investment might pay off but it would take a long time. Employers want the Top Law school students. Yea the name of the Law School counts in the real world. Oh yea, my personal advice to you. Since you know Spanish,, teach kids. Then get your Law Degree on the side. That way you are making real money and you have enough time to study. Teaching is a flexible career. Most jobs are 9 to 5 or even 9 to 6 sometimes. You want to be efficient with your time as much as possible.

TricciNicci says:Posted: 28 Oct 09Wow! What a day! It's freeeeeezing here today, but I'm sure for many states it would just be considered a blustery day. It was coat and glove time for me, lol! I can't stay very long so here we go: SE: The Zumanity compilation was purchased at their store directly after the show. I thought it had the songs from the show, but they are different. Enjoying it anyhow. There's a song that reminds me of you...try online for the CD itself. Thank you for sharing your piece. I can see this is going to be a gooood story. I like narratives very much and hope for more soon. Dee: Loved your poem. Thanks for sharing it. I have one entitled "ME!". It reminds me a lot of yours...or yours of mine. I told you there is soooomething about you girl that absolutely glows. Plus I adore the salute to Shakespeare. Wish I would've caught you while here to exchange points but it's been a very long and awe inspiring day and I am bushed! Simplyspicy: We are kewl. And no, it is you who persuades intellect as it carries a greater weight than big words and long posts, lol! I am simply a writer who loves to write humbled someone would read my words and enjoy them or acquire learning from their forming. I am glad you know how to speak with this blogger and thank you for reminding me to be prayerful. Fire: No offense, but I made a direct, factual statement. Of course I stand by it. For your review: "As well, on you and Fire’s discussion of her comparison to those who believe in vying for perfection..." You did initiate a side discussion DURING a discussion between myself and another blogger. Your comment was a direct comparison to one of the parties in an A and B interaction. YOU inserted your comments which became the "C" position. You could have: A) Joined the conversation. B) Chosen sides in support of a position. C) Created a position of your own. D) Did all three - which is what I believe you did. My point being that you were not 'dragged' anywhere and your comments were fair grounds to be picked up match/counter by either party. Now of course I know you could care less, but turn the mirror when making subjective statements like, "That's your problem". If you make yourself part of the direct conversation and your points match/counter in the discussion, why should I avoid them? Also, being a woman doesn't prevent me from using my eyes and ears...and common sense. You guys, I am so tired, but in a good way. Nevertheless, I promised a poem and though the other side of midnight I will come through. Give me a minute, as I gotta grab a spritzer turn on my candle and CD...I'll be back (just think of Arnold when reading that, lol)!

To my girl Smooches, Ty ma for the reply back it is nice reading replies from someone just as "real" and intelligent. Dee I have to give credit to you for keeping it real and sticking with what you like irregardless of what their pocketbook or ira dictates, more power to you, I have much respect for you ma and Happy B-day too:-) . Ms. Tricc I think that you are a highly intelligent, ambitious woman. I said what I had to say b/c I hate seeing anyone wasting their breath especially on nonsense that does not mean a hill of beans. I think that the best thing you can do for anyone is to pray for them and keep it moving. Mr Queens is intelligent and even though there are some things that he say are biased and chauvinistic he has some good points. When you take him seriously and feed into his debates you are doing nothing but giving him more fuel. No one can say it better then Martin Luther King Jr,"Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that." Az I loved your poem it was quite beautiful and I am happy that we have someone like you interested in us. The woman that gets you will be quite blessed. SE your poem was just as nice and I can not wait for the book, it seems quite interesting.. Tat my darling I am glad that you make your appearances maybe you can make another one and bless us with some more insight :-) Mr Queens I have a question for you, What do you like about having your degree in Criminology? Dear Unique I am glad you can appreciate my sense of humor. I try to be entertaining, as well, as honest. When I said to Tricc "GO raise your wealthy married white man's baby". She mentioned why " I don't adopt a child". It was funny but it has some "irony" to it. I am glad you can see the honesty "within the joke". I always have a good time here. Any events in my life that made talk about sellout black women. HMMM I have been talking about them for years on craigslist. I made the transition in blogging last year. No white guy ever took a black woman away from me. Actually, I was with two black women from the south and they told me they were with white men before. Long story short, I was a bit troubled by that. They generally never had anything negative to say. From my experience, it seems black women cut off the relationship with white men for various reasons a lot quicker. I got more stories lol. There has been several times my ex girlfriends would go on about white guys at their job or college. They knew I wasn't tolerating no white guy taking my woman. They knew how I was. I would say it was minor events over a period of time. LOL Nothing that made me worried or anything. Most white guys are respectful. It is other black men that push up on your woman. I have to be honest about that. Yea it is serious. You are always literally put your life in your hands messing with a man's black woman. White guys will shy away from the confrontation. But black men will shoot each other over a woman easily. I seen it happen so many times. Also, the interracial topic never gets boring. Oh yea Poetry nights sucks right Unique? You can say it. Just say who is that "unbeweavable" girl that brought up this idea. Are they doing their own poems or cutting and pasting other people shit. Makes no sense, and they wonder why no white man want them.

TricciNicci - nice piece, I enjoyed it. I was not aware that Zumanity had a cd, I'll have to check that out. Scoff/Sarah - Sarah, I like Scoff's answer about you. Love in it's purest form. After all, Love is not about the color of ones skin, though some in society would differ, and will try to force a wedge between those of differing races who choose to be together. Love has no racial boundaries. Love simply...is. This piece is entitled "The Color of Love." It has parts in it that reminds me of you two. The character Kaye, ponders her situation with Michael. The Color of Love Michael is terribly conflicted and plagued with his Jewish Guilt. He is so eager to please a family who does not really understand him or his uniqueness. They give him such grief about not choosing a mate, and he has yet to procreate. He longs for a relationship to be accepted by his friends and family. I am sure in his family, it is a sin to love another with a difference in color. The Taboo. There is a severe price to pay for dating outside the race. I mourn the unfortunate circumstances that keep us apart. The Black and the White, the young and the old. You want children, mine are grown. I am totally perfect for you and totally wrong for you. How can something so pure; so natural, something that feels so good, something that finally, actually feels normal, be so bad? So many barriers; real, imagined, mental, societal pressures, but mostly self imposed barriers. It is a complex relationship. We can share our love you and me, out in the open for the world to see except for each others’ family. Sadly, I know that you and me could never be my lover who is soon not-to-be, for the greater good of you, your family and society. I acquiesce. As the window of opportunity slowly closes on our intimacy, we will still be friends. Our intimate time together has been much too short. There is so much more I would like to know about you. So many more nights I would like to share with you. So many other places yet to be traveled by us. My heart, my joy in life. What is the color of love? ***** Have a lovely day one and all, and have a fantastic poetry showing! With deep admiration to all the writers out there, I wish you all, Peace. (closing laptop to pick up history book) SE

Tonight is Poetry Night! Yahoo!!!!!!!! Oh Scoff, thank you and send Ms. Sara a kiss from me too! We are simply writing and sharing because it's pretty obvious there's a couple of Michaelangelos of that other canvass that holds ink instead of oil, lol! Please join us. It's going to be fun to view each other through art - prose in this case. SE, just because you've school doesn't mean you shouldn't post. I read your intro to your book you posted to S & S, it sounded very prosy so I'd love to hear. Maybe you can post a little something in tribute off this thread (remember, doesn't have to agree with it) or another piece that shows your style. Not sure what time I'll be back as I've got a day of training and lots of driving ahead. Nevertheless, I'm lighting candles and playing the CD from Cirque de Soleil's Zumanity. I wish it would rain (ha, like I'll get that wish here in the dessert) as rain always gives me a deeper introspection. Just to kick of Uniquelydees' great idea to share poetry I'd like to open the day leading to tonight with this prose from Rumi, a 12th century mystic (Google: Jalaluddin Balkhi Rumi). In light of the last few days of entry I think this verse may be enlightening so let those who hear do so: NO ROOM FOR FORM ________________ On the night when you cross the street from your shop and your house to the cemetery, you'll hear me hailing you from inside the open grave, and you'll realize how we've always been together. I am the clear consciousness-core of your being, the same in ecstasy as in self-hating fatigue. That night, when you escape the fear of snakebite and all irritation with the ants, you'll hear my familiar voice, see the candle being lit, smell the incense, the surprise meal fixed by the lover inside all your other lovers. This heart-tumult is my signal to you igniting in the tomb. So don't fuss with the shroud and the graveyard road dust. Those get ripped open and washed away in the music of our finally meeting. And don't look for me in human shape. I am inside your looking. No room for form with love this strong. Beat the drum and let the poets speak. This is a day of purification for those who are already mature and initiated into what love is. No need to wait until we die! There's more to want her than money and being famous and bites of roasted meat. Now, what shall we call this new sort of gazing-house that has opened in our town where people sit quietly and pour out their glancing like light, like answering? ~Rumi _______________________ Can you believe I opened straight away to this poem? The last lines are amazing "Now, what shall we call this new sort of gazing-house that has opened in our town where people sit quietly and pour out their glancing like light, like answering?"...it is always said that there's nothing new under the sun...apparently we've been here before, lol! The Internet is sooo kewl!

Good Morning All! (quietly opening the blog door as not to disturb those still sleeping, checked in on Q, still playing with himself, I see.) TricciNicci: Thanks for the marketing information and for the nod. I will gladly contact you soon. Tatted: I agree with you about the tornado statement. I see Q being more like the Tasmanian Devil. I think he's just sweet on you and can't get you off his mind. With visions of "loose booty" dancing in his head. lol Nice to know everybody's stepping up to the plate and not being intimidated. Special shout out to Scoff and Sarah! (quietly closing the door, going back to my studies) SE

Back again, Why white men love Black women? I asked Scoff this last night, his answer really shocked me. Why not? so answer a question with a question, now remember we both are 61, although we try and stay fit, we still have aged. Why not? okay explain that one I pursued the topic. He continued its the person, not the color, not the shape, over wieght, under wieght. We go back a long ways, some of that I would like to have re do on. Sure there has to be some physical attraction or chemical connection, with just that and you have short hot lustful affairs, with a high burn out rate, yes that does happen very often. Past all that a relationship must have depth to it, a true meeting of the minds and hearts. In the heart thats where its at, to love someone with your heart that entangible feeling called love, where you see no color, no size, you see someone you love. Oh God, I knew better than ask a Greek something that complex. I did like his answer, so ladies ask your man why he loves a black woman. Good bye for now Blessing to all my dear friends Love Sarah (Happy Birthday Godiva)

Morning Coffee Break Oh my sigh sigh, how I wonder what the world is coming to? As I giggle over a vanilla shake, lolo Mr. Queens it does appear that someone has pushed your button again. Having lived through those days I can tell you this we did what it took to survive. I still find it hard to understand why your concern is abut who sleeps with who, at 61 (oh my gosh getting close to 62) I really find it hard to care about who sleeps with who. Having raised two first class highly educated daughters, believe me we had some long and serious conversations concerning sex, outside of marriage. Anyway back to the topic, Ms.Tricci, I think you did put the whole subject to the test, and I might add I agree with you 100%. I often wonder what is your problem with vanilla milk shakes as I mentioned earlier, I prefer cherry, it is apparent that either you fail to read an entire post, or that you have trouble retaining the material. Please we all know that your a well educated young man, use it hugs and love Sarah

Let me respond to this woman. I actually took time to read her post. "ou are a jerk and an idiot! Not once have you ever heard me lay blame to any man for anything. I simply told you to stop targeting Women of Color with racist and sexist statements. You could say thank you. Don’t you know you could be jailed for such behavior??? Or fined, or both? Wow! Your serious?!" Jailed how Mrs "Bad Weave". I have a degree in Criminology. Now you tell me how I am going to be jailed for stating an opinion? Fined, for what exactly, not wearing my seat belt when I address black women. There is something "off about you". You are a smart woman but seriously you are two beers short of six pack. You also said this in your disturbed insanity. "I know you have perfected racist idealisms that say because we are of the same culture I should let you verbally abuse people with racist tactics. “Brotha”, let me be the one to tell you I would be the first to point you out to the Feds. PERIOD! Don’t think I don’t know how." Hmm racist tactics. (Scratching my head). Point me out to the "Feds" and tell them what exactly? There is a black man talking about interracial relationships that I don't like please arrest him. You can't be this painfully dense and stupid. God Bless AZ that he can deal with these "types" of black women. Lord knows I can't do it. I have had my share. I plan to address the different types of black women on blog. Some of my fans is wondering are there black woman like 'Tricc"? Yes and they are roaming the streets without a wellness program. I have said in the past that I have less compassion than the average human being. But when I see black women like "Tricc" having an episode. I feel the need to reach out. If you notice, she was throwing punches at me like a crazy woman. Unable to explain why she contemplated being a mistress for a wealthy white man. Than making self serving excuses as to why she does not have a family yet. Sticking out her chest saying " I CAN BUY MY OWN RINGS". Clearly, a controlling woman. I can sit here and tell you this is the most hurt woman I have ever talked too. I been with hurt women before. She takes the cake. She can call me a "slime ball" and "other names". But a white man propositions her and he says outright " I am not leaving my white wife for you'. She doesn't say nothing. She meets the guy twice. What that shows me, she is not as 'strong" as she portrays herself. She intimidates most of the white men here. YOU DON'T INTIMIDATE ME FAKE ASS MICHELLE OBAMA. I plan to do a blog about these types of black women. It will be done by the end of the week. http://www.mrlaureltonqueens.blogspot.com/

Man (Leaning back in my CEO leather chair) I didn't read Tricc's long diatribe. The poor woman thinks I am interested in her with her Michelle Obama dress. I am offended she thinks I want black women to be with criminals. I said a child is better off with half a father than none. If that man is abusive or a really mean person. I don't advocate that. Studies show a male figure even around part time is helpful for a male child. That is something my Phd teacher said. He was an older white man. I will not mention is full name because Tricc will shamlessly throw herself at this man regardless if he has a wife. She can sit there and twist the story all she wants. I am just going off what "she tells people". She was the one that called the blog authorities when I put pressure on her concerning that relationship with that married white man. She has the suite number and toll free number lol. She still has the inability to realize what she did was low class and wrong. The fact you would sit there with a wealthy white man and contemplate being his mistress says so much about you. Not one time but twice meeting this man. You are so defensive that you bring up working in soup kitchens. What soup kitchens have to do with your integrity when it comes to dating? It just validates what I said before. You are the type of woman that would be a mistress to a white man and go to charity events like you were "high and mighty". Listen, I am not wrong about anything concerning you. I am not AZ, he is a good dude. I don't fall for the banana in the tail pipe. You are such a jealous and pathetic woman. Fire does not agree with everything I said. She thinks I make valid points sometimes. You take it personal because you can't stand criticism. LOL (Pinning you against the wall) Keep fire out of your need to control things. That is why your not married. It ain't about being saddled with kids or whatever excuse you got. I knew you was going to bring up fire. You can't help yourself. I can accept people not liking me. But they will never say "he backtracked on this statement" or he changed his philosophy on this. I will never adopt a child. I will have my own child. You can raise your married white man's child. Me personally, I wouldn't adopt a child. Lastly, this is the problem with sellout black women. Advancing conspiracy theories about using black women and than marrying a non black woman. Stop drinking the koolaid in your Michelle Obama dress. You make decent black women look crazy. SW needs all the help she can get for her book. She tried to use Scoff and Sara for promotion. It is really no shame to what they women will do for attention. She should thank me for promoting her ass. Nobody want to hear poetry. Spend your time cleaning up your act and find a man to tend to. You have to much time on your hands. Even Godiva left you crazy women alone to get it on with ICH. Tricc fix your weave too. I meant to say that for a long time now. Bad enough, you threw yourself at AZ and he moved on to Unique. You won't even admit that. At least "loose booty" tatt admitted she was rejected. My book is coming too. It is not fiction. It is not about a love affair in Alabama during the Jim Crow days. It is not about giggling over vanilla milkshakes while they sicked dogs on Negros. Everybody have a nice day.

TricciNicci says:Posted: 27 Oct 09SE, You know one of the things I like about the Internet is you can network so well and create your own market audience. Please let me know whenever your book is ready. I've helped a friend or two with marketing their books. It's been a while, but if you don't need help there, advance orders always make publishers take notice. I know a few librarians and one woman who's a sweetheart who knows a thing or two about presenting authors. I think I wrote about one of her presentations on the blog a few weeks ago. So here's a toast to success...Yours!

Wow! (flinging the blog door open to a furious cacophony of comments) Greetings All! Scoff/Sarah - Miss Sarah! Good to see you guys back! Ms. Godiva - My poor Angels! Good luck to your team. :) TricciNicci - Poetry night! Awesome! Wish I could join you guys, but I have class tomorrow night. Q - You say, "The say I ‘put black women down”. and you add, "SW book flopped yet. I can’t wait." Hmmm...words of encouragement, perhaps? I think not. I refuse to be drawn into your web of deceit, and lies. I will not play with you. Play with yourself. (closing the door quietly) Good night. SE

TricciNicci says:Posted: 27 Oct 09Hey Az, I hear ya. It's not the messenger really. It's the crappy message. On the bright side, we're all adults and can take care of ourselves! I'm waiting to hear from my girl Dee again. I just love the bright sunshine she brings. I hear birds chirping happily whenever the two of you are chatting. It's really sweet. I think you might have a thing for her. She seems very business savvy and you have landscape business I believe. My brother in law was a landscaper for many years. He's retired now, but once did a patio design for a townhouse of mine in ASU's college town of Tempe. That was the neatest thing and I discovered that Hibiscus is my favorite flower! It is because of the way it acts with the sun...going to sleep at night and waking and reaching towards the sun during the day. When I saw that, I fell in love. Something that works with reknewable energy, just like us. Tomorrow night is Poetry Night for you, Dee and I. Do you have a piece selected yet or will you be spontaneous in your creativity? Really hoping others will join. SE is a writer, I wonder if she's going to post. Well, I'll chat with you guys tomorrow Az. Gute nacht und schlaft gut.

TricciNicci says:Posted: 27 Oct 09Now I turn the page... For the one I treat with kid gloves...please read the next few words sssslllloooowly for clarity: You will neeeeeever know if I slept with a white man or not. It issssssssssssss nnnnnnnnnnnnon of your biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiizness. Get it? Whhhhhhere did you eeeeeeeever read or was told I had??????? If you weren't so busy trying to construct a HATE MOB to RETALIATE against WOMEN OF COLOR for whatever reason you cook up today, ya wouldn't be so worried, lol! Oh, and Az NEVER said I looked like M.O., YOU did (which is proof you LIE SO MUCH you can't keep a straight arrow on what lie you've told, can you?) Now you are correct about a few things I am materialist, shallow and SELF OBSESSED - yeah right! That's what they call a Woman of Color who wears Louboutin's bought at the Bargain Basement on the 50% rack, who volunteers at the soup kitchen on the weekend - tsk - whatever! Have you ever heard the saying, "Work hard, play hard"? If I want it I pay for it, create it or make it happen. It's my life, why shouldn't I? Now falling to tradition we can make it or break it, depending on what Wisdom says. Now for today's lesson, I want you to learn to read, write and memorize one simple word that is your bell to my Pavlov's dogs when you hear, read or write my name ~ JEALOUS!!! That's all you are. You have all of my pity and compassion for whatever drops you to that low. You are a Bible man, you should know better. Ask you brethren at church to pray to remove that ugly strike. I will too. A person that makes up lies is called a LIAR! A person who inserts ugly fake bs that never happened is known as an INSTIGATOR! Which one are you? Aaah ah aaaah (me, wagging my finger and shaking my head no, no, no. With a nice smile on my lips of course), you only get ONE answer because there's only TWO choices! It has been lovely to a point chatting with you, but I did so to be a sounding board of realism so we ALL may have the opportunity to grow. As I recall, it was YOU who wrote wanting response from ME. This is not the first time you have done so. Have we lain witness to a Freudian slip, eeeeh? You: "The man that wants to be with you. Should pursue you." You've already admitted to being somewhat of a rolling stone, lol! You've done nothing but chase Dee and I from Hell and back all night and day. Challenged Az's manhood (wrong move on the Chess table) and keep applying the Neanderthalic philo that Women of Color desire to be aggressively mauled by a man who acts like a dog in heat! Give it a rest say won'tcha? We have nothing in common except for extraordinarily long posts, lol! Besides you are sooooo not my type. "Your family raised you spoiled. That can be just as bad and unhealthy. That is why you are have difficulty in your relationships now and blame men for it." Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha! I'm laughing at your inability to simply ask QUESTIONS! You are ssssooo judgmental. Poor dear. Had you simply asked instead of assumed, I might have told you. Anyone else, I would have openly discussed whatever the question as long as it were appropriate. You are a jerk and an idiot! Not once have you ever heard me lay blame to any man for anything. I simply told you to stop targeting Women of Color with racist and sexist statements. You could say thank you. Don't you know you could be jailed for such behavior??? Or fined, or both? Wow! Your serious?! I know you have perfected racist idealisms that say because we are of the same culture I should let you verbally abuse people with racist tactics. "Brotha", let me be the one to tell you I would be the first to point you out to the Feds. PERIOD! Don't think I don't know how. There is a serious problem with hate language in this country that has reached federal enforcement levels. You are instigating it. That is why I spoke up. As a brother if I don't tell you who will? You can't see the good or benefit in that because we're just all "sell out black women". Now THAT is truly your opinion rather I like it or not, but I certainly don't have to permit you to call ANYONE a hateful, targeting, dehumanizing racist moniker...and won't! THAT IS THE TRUTH. That is all YOU NEED to be worried about. So however my family raised me, YOU better be glad they raised me FAIR! As well, on you and Fire's discussion of her comparison to those who believe in vying for perfection - WTH? Why keep your eye on the sparrow if perfection is so easy? - You fail to recognize your bigotry.com sponsorship. Weren't you the one accusing many on this blog of only liking those who agree with us? Aaaaah, but you find a supporter in one of your statements and you show the same merit. You're funny. As for my very long engagement? Well, I know I did the right thing. I think a material girl would have desired the rings. I desire to live a good life. I CAN BUY MY OWN RINGS and I do so. I also receive sincere gifts when blessed to be given. If I understand the gift to not be sincere, back it goes! Still only a MAN can marry me as I have no desire for women or some unhealthy situation saddled upon children and family alike. Oh, and let's not forget the neighbors and law enforcement who might tire of dealing with the ugly fallout from many of these, "well, I gotta stick with him/her for the sake of.." Who? The kids didn't make you stay, not your parents, nor the Jones' up the street. Adults are grown. They do what they do. It's a huge misfortune when children are involved. I don't believe they should be. Unlike you who believes children and women should be burdened with alcoholics, thieves*, liars*, abusers*, rapists* and maligners* I beg to differ. The Bible says, "If your right hand offend thee, cut it off". Like I'm about to cut you off as I said it before and I'll say it again. You need a victim. You won't find one here. With that being clarified, I think Az said it right, Simplyspicy said it more and S & S must be angels. It is time for me to take my courtesies and move forward. And a little side note: I personally, don't think people get out of bed each day to be dragged down by a boat load of MY problems. But if you were truly interested and had compassion, you could always ask sincerely of me instead of gossiping. Carry on. ____________________________________ *Additional characters added by me AFTER you suggested a male child should have a male father figure. You stated that father figure could be ANY man as long as it was a male. You gave example in rebut of those who might point out the likelihood some "father" figures are not good "role models" for fatherhood. You stated it didn't matter if the man was an alcoholic which leads to it not mattering if the male is any other destroyer of hearth or home. Why not keep your legs closed and your pants on, focus on your family and be a responsible parent? Give a positive exposure to men in society who your child can truly benefit from until a GOOD father figure comes along? I know it's more difficult than letting a child witness his mother get knocked in the eye every night of the week, but guess what? It's possible. Oh and as far as you being the slut bucket you claim so many Women of Color to be as you plot and plan to use them and marry your "non Black with a Black daddy", why not just adopt a child in need you both can love. That way you can be the true slut you really are with great pride and not lay blame to your soon to be wife. That's just a suggestion but you do you.

fire321 says:Posted: 27 Oct 09@Queens I'm old school when it comes to dating and I agree that the man should be the pursuer. However, times have changed and I say to each his own when it comes to dating. If a woman want to be the pursuer, more power to her. I do think some men see that as a turnoff and will use that to their advantage. I'm the type of woman that feels like this, when you know your worth (and I'm not talking what you THINK your worth is), the type of mate you need/deserve will find you. I could be wrong but that's just my opinion.

TricciNicci says:Posted: 27 Oct 09OMG! Fire and Ice were searing and melting and creating rivulets for our thirst while I was away! So much emotion runs with me today. This has been one of the most beautiful days of my life. I am living a dream far from perfect, but it is my dream. Many spirits are with me on this path long gone. I pray our voices will add as the guiding lights for others who make this passage. "Why White Men Love the Black Woman" was the thread and a prince has answered! Azrazyel, you are a prince of prose and of Love Divine. In response to fire you melted the heart and Truth has quenched the thirst of soooooo many...and this is NOT about race!!! EVERY woman wants to know she is loved, worthy, conscionable, reciprocative and honored in it. You are a Prince among men for the hearts of women. You will be a king in your house because you lay your heart for a woman to treasure. May she who loves you know that she is truly blessed. Now to my sista unique. Dee, you are the sweetest. It is a strange thing because I really feel your sisterhood. I have seven sisters who are divine loves of mine. A certain blogger who appreciates antagonistic thought and debate, accused my family of being perfect. Ha! Far from it, but love conquers and wisdom outlasts entire civilizations. You are the first person who has touched my heart on that level of sisterhood and it is because of your zest for life so easily seen in your eyes and smile. There is a man for you and I but until then my sisters will help me to smile. Thank you for yours. I've met soooo many wonderful people on this blog and through this site. I am glad it is here. I am grateful for those that try the spirit as the best test of purity is fire. Because I am a writer and love reading it has been a joy to laugh at witty remarks, hear ugly truths and watch drama unfold like the day's favorite soap opera, lol! Please keep writing and do not be discouraged. We all benefit and grow from this casual sharing. I know I do. Simplyspicy, thank you, I love your straightforward, no nonsense reminders to stay focused and live our lives without regrets nor apology. To my elders, S & S, here I am following your story as it unfolds NOW! Add me to the readers list because I am rooting for all who want to live their lives without conditions set by others. We are all GROWN. We can make our own choices. Sound or not. Please know I read and follow many posts because there is something good in all, even if not written that way. Someone will come along and add balance so we are all a part of the community. As I mentioned, today was a good day. A wonderful opportunity was given me and I've taken the first step on a path leading me towards the reality of my dreams. The best thing was, I had people wanting to abide in their own sense of perfection to share it with. God Bless all of you and for those of you I did not mention, I see and listen so thanks for sharing. Namaste

Dear Fire You sexy sweet thing. I try my best. Despite the overwhelming odds on the board. I just try to keep it real. A man should chase the woman not the other way around. I just get bothered when some black women do the chasing in interracial relationships. This is not the natural order of relationships. The man that wants to be with you. Should pursue you. The say I 'put black women down". No, sometimes I feel black women "overlook" the man that is right in front of their face regardless of what color he is. Then they get older and end up bitter. They just "settle" just for the sake of having a man because they don't want to be alone.

fire321 says:Posted: 27 Oct 09@Queens As much as I hate to admit it, you made some very valid points about (not just women but people in general) not admitting to their flaws. It's a bitter pill to swallow to look at yourself and say there are some jacked up things about yourself. I for one am not that type of person. We all have things about us that needs work. I have always thought you to be a bit abrasive in the things you say to and about some of the women on this site but at the same time, you do make valid points.

Dear Unique You was with a white man on public assistance that received food stamps and you lived with him in a trailer. This sounds like the twilight zone to me. Tyler Perry needs to do a movie about you. You need to be on "Ripley's Believe it or not". Why I never meet any black woman that is crazy like Unique. I knew there was something I liked about you. Contrary to what my detractors believe. I always like the 'strange black girls". Any black woman that would live in the heart land of American is okay with me. It reminds of a black girl I use to talk to in Iowa. I said ain't no black people in IOWA. She was like " yea I am here". Nice girl but my ass is not going to Iowa. I can believe your white man was insecure around you. You basically moved into his TRAILER. What the fuck is wrong with white guys. If a black woman will live with you in a trailer. She will live with you in a homeless shelter. You doing things most black women do not do. You are actually take chances. You are venturing out of your comfort zone. I admire you Unique. Man listen god bless your ex sister in law's man. I would take care of MY CHILD not the half breed siblings. Oh hell no,if I had a half Mexican child he would never pick oranges or sell water bottles or make tacos! As for AZ's comments. That was a nice Barak Obama speech. I always believe what you say the "first time" you mean it. It is one thing to apologize if a statement is not true about a person. It is another thing when you just "back down". The speech was all fine and good. You love black women even the ones in "low income neighborhoods". I hear you. But at the same time you said Tricc was abrasive and confrontational. Also, she was a wannabe Michelle Obama wearing sleeveless dresses ( Ok I added that in). Know one thing with me, I will never apologize to that fake ass Michelle Obama who had dinner twice with a wealthy married white man. Hey Scoff and Sara. SW book flopped yet. I can't wait. Have a nice day

uniquelydeey says:Posted: 26 Oct 09oops..i needed to correct the time frame of when i got married..i stated above "dec 08"..that was intended to be "dec 98"..i type 73 wpm, with 2 errors, and that was 1 of them..lol. anyways... BIGEYES: where ya been, chic? missed reading your inputs! matter of fact, yours & triccinicci's are the reason why i started blogging on here! you know we have to keep MR LAURELTON QUEENS in business! *smiles* SCOFF/SARAH: good to have ya back where's my TATTED2DEATH? she's been a bit silent here lately, and i'm a bit concerned about that... GODIVA61: you must be a late october/early november baby too? since you won't tell when your b-day is, i'll just say "happy b-day" now to cover for whenever it may be! lol TRICCINICCI: "you're my sistah, girl!" (famous line from "soulfood"). enough said, apology not even necessary. you can't be sure of some people nowadays, so better to err on the side of caution! and now, to my dearest MR LAURELTON QUEENS: i have to rebuttle your statement "I will answer your question about why some black men call you sellout. You run to white men because you think the grass is greener on the other side. He will pay your bills and move you to the suburbs so you can sip tea and watch the Kentucky Derby. Obviously, I might be sarcastic. It is a honest sarcasm. I don’t see black women running to white men that live in trailer parks and the unemployment office." in all reality, the first white guy that i was in a "serious" relationship with (the reason why i moved to oklahoma) was actually on ssi (hunting accident), and our first place together WAS IN a trailer park! true, the white men before him, and since him, were gainfully employed and had modest means, but, that just goes to show that materialistic things aren't everything when it comes to matters of the heart. as a matter of fact, that relationship ended due to insecurities & jealousy on his part..according to him, he was scared that he wasn't "adequate (in his mind, financially or sexually) enough keep me, and if a BLACK man came along that could do better, i'd be gone with the wind..". he was always concerned about that even though i NEVER gave him a reason to be. in fact, his insecurities got to be so bad, that we could be walking through the grocery store, and if a BLACK man was in the same isle, he would quickly put his arm around me or do something to try and display "she's with me". in his mind, or as so he voiced, he wasn't worried about me leaving him for another white man..he was only worried about BLACK MEN, even though he knew i had a history with white men and hadn't been with a black man in years prior to our union. so, don't think that some white men don't have the thought that they can't "hang with the black men" and don't ever get worried that black women could leave them for a black man some day. as a matter of fact, i've seen that happen. my ex-sister-in-law..prime example. her oldest 2 kids are mixed..1 half mexican, and the other half white. her 3rd child is all black, and her and the 3rd child's daddy are engaged. she's in school to be a nurse, and her fiance works full-time to put her through school and watches the baby while she studies & works part-time. he's doing better by her & the kids than the other 2 "baby's daddys". so, no, the "grass being greener" in other races isn't necessarily the story. (now, i'm getting philosophical) (time for me to lean back in my leather chair and sip on my late evening cup of coffee) SIMPLYSPICY stated above "We are “adults”, you can not change or coerce another adult into changing their stance. Everyone has a preference and choice when it comes to their decisions" and this is the truest statement there could ever be when it comes to relationships. i'm not attempting to "change" or "coerce" anyones opinion, nor do i feel the need to try to "justify" why i choose to date interracially. i'm merely stating my feelings on it..as i'm sure you're doing MR QUEENS. you say AZRAZYEL was "bowing" to triccinicci in his apology..you call it "weak" on his part. as we all gather, she IS a strong woman in many aspects, and is not the woman that can be swayed with the changing wind. but, his display of "I don’t dare go overboard to insult a woman. I have more respect than that." shows character, maturity, and utter appreciation..not just for black women, but for women in general. (again just from my experiences) something that men of all nationalities could learn from. i'm sure your sense of thinking would say he realized he was fighting a losing battle..that's a perspective. now, am i kissing his ass?! for your statement of triccinicci turning down the propositions when she realized "he wouldn't leave his white wife"..i believe she would have turned it down if he had a black wife. i don't know because i'm not her and i'm not in her mind. but, i'm sure there was some contemplation of acceptance, i mean, who wouldn't..i'm sure you would, too, if a white woman propositioned you (while you were single) but you later discovered she wouldn't leave her white husband. or, would you have obliged regardless? good question, huh?! then that would speak volumes pertaining to your morals. but the end decision is what matters. now, i still wish i could get a straight answer as to why it's such a "slap in the face" for black women to date other nationalities. will we be seeing a blog in the near future from a black man "she left me for another black man, she's a sellout"?

No queens, I didn't "back down" from Tric as you proposed. It's called manning up after realizing how much of a douche I was being. I don't dare go overboard to insult a woman. I have more respect than that. I have done it before, but every time I MAN up and apologize. I have appreciation for women, particularly black women. They have had much to deal with. They have many struggles and obstacles to overcome daily, just for being black. That's what drives my appreciation for a "strong" black woman. I appreciate their "strong" mind and mentality for the fact of what they go through daily. Just for being black. I appreciate when they get "loud" because of frustration or displeasure through the struggles they go through daily. All I can do is just smile at them letting them know I understand. I appreciate the drive and focus they have to overcome, just for being black. I appreciate the dignity and loyalty of black women for the fact they "hold their own" with or without a MAN in their lives. I appreciate the focus and determination to break through barriers from the hatred and racism thrown in their face. I appreciate the fact they are ALLOWED to date and marry another MAN from a different race. God knows they need a MAN to support them, LISTEN to their wants and needs, CARE for them, treat them with RESPECT! Tell them how much you LOVE them, tell them how BEAUTIFUL they are, tell them how much you APPRECIATE her. I appreciate the fire and will of a black woman knowing she WILL get what her heart desires and needs. I appreciate the COMPANY of a black woman and NEVER be ashamed or give a FUCK what others think or say. I appreciate the intelligence and smarts of a black woman. I appreciate many things about black women Mr. Queens. I do not hate them, but I Love them. I want to see them strive and succeed in ALL they do. I have many qualities I can attribute to a black woman. I feel she can contribute more things than women of any other race. I am not shy about it, but I tell it like it is. My passion and love for black women. They need someone to show them LOVE, DILIGENCE, COMPASSION, LOYALTY, HONESTY, DEVOTION, CARE and so forth. They need a voice when all light seems void. I plan to be that voice to whomever I may find. And let her know I appreciate her and understand her shortcomings. To fill emptiness with love and respect. Yes, I love black women and understand they need the same damn thing in return, nonetheless by a MAN willing to do so. Take care

Simply Spicy Having married a mixed latina, (Cuban) my daughters have a simlar appearence, very often when they were young they had a hard time fitting in. Thankfully being in a miltary type enviroment they were not alone, there seems to be more of a abundance of mixed types in or around miltary bases. To their credit as they got older they embraced who they were and grew into first class ladies that I'm very proud of. Just thought I would add that, for what its worth. Smooches hang around we all will miss you, we need your wit and comments. Love Sarah

Dear Bigeyes If Law is what you want to do, do not be discouraged. I know a lot of black women that are in Law school or are Lawyers. I just think some of have a tendency to jump on any opportunity they are given (ie the low tier law schools). They will say "oh you just need to pass the Bar exam, the name of the Law school does not matter. That is half true actually. If you don't believe me. Go to Careerbuilder and look at what employers ask for concerning job opportunities for lawyers. They want to know your GPA, the name of the Law school and etc. They want the cream of the crop basically if you have no experience. Bigeyes you have a real good degree. Those LSAT practice courses can be expensive. If your University offers them at a reasonable price it is good take them. I took the practice LSAT. The logic was hard. I didn't do that "bad" on it. But it wasn't enough to get me into a real good Law school. Respiratory Therapist is nice. The Medical field is always stable. You could take the MCAT and be a respiratory doctor. Right now there is a lot of people in Law School. The country needs more Phds, Doctors, teachers, and Engineers. The medical field is interesting but I hate blood. Law school would take so long to complete and I am 31 years old. Plus, there is a recession going on. A friend of mine said "it is the best time to get higher education due to the recession". I tend to believe maybe working more hours or another job is the best thing to do during a recession. I am sort of glad I didn't go to Law school because I would have been in tremendous debt. Most of the women I know said they would "have though twice about Law school". It is all about connections. Bigeyes I think you want a challenge. I feel the same way you do. Once a job gets boring to me. I look for challenges too. If you do Law, you can do Healthcare Law. Major money in that.
